PTA Elections will take place at our next PTA meeting on May 16.  All positions are open and include President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Parliamentarian. If interested you can submit your nomination in the box in the front office.

Please contact Ms. Colon if you want to become a certified Learning Leader Volunteer.  Training will be given on Mon, March 5; Tue, Mar 6 and Wed Mar 7 from 9-11 AM at PS20.  For more more info about the program please click here.

Cook Shop started last month at PS20 for Pre-K thru 2 Grade students. Teachers received training from the Food Bank for New York City.  Please ask your children about what they have learned in class.  Click here to learn more about the program.

This Wednesday Decemeber 21 at 6 Pm is the monthly PTA meeting and annual Holiday Show.  Each grade will perform for this event.  There will be festive baked goods and other food items for sale along with a raffle.  This is a great event and all members of the PS20 community are invited to attend in support of our kids and PS20.

Week of Dec 12

This Friday Dec 16 is the Student/Parent of the Month Assembly at 9:30 AM (Note: this is a time change from an original start time of 9 AM) in the Audiotorium.  Even if your child is not receiving a certificate it is worth it to go to the Assembly to support the students and witness school pride at its finest.  The 4th Grade will sing "Silver Bells."
