Donate to Green Arts - Gifts Matched thru March 31

We need your support to sustain and expand our Green Arts program! Thanks to the ongoing support of the PTA and local partners, the 600+ students of PS20 have truly blossomed with the environmental education of Green Arts for the past 7 years: composting, digging in the dirt, planting seeds and sampling the fruits of their labors in the form of herbs, mixed greens, tomatoes, squashes and much more. Students have enriching experiences outdoors and help create flourishing spaces that enhance the greater school community and neighborhood.

This project is eligible for up to $3,000 in match funding (up to $500 per donor, through March 31, 2023) through ioby's Con Edison Power Up Neighborhood Match!

Donate today on ioby! Matched until March 31

Vote to Give Parham Playground a $500K Makeover!

Every year, the Participatory Budgeting process allows local residents to decide how to allocate $1 million in city funding to towards projects that improve their community. This year, one of the proposed projects up for community voting is a $500,000 proposed renovation of Parham Playground, right next to P.S. 20. The proposal states:

โ€œCurrently, the playgroundโ€™s equipment and water structures are not accessible for all children, and the lighting and basketball courts need safety improvements. A $500,000 allocation can help the city take one step closer to making a deep investment in enhancing accessibility and improving this playground for all children.โ€

Vote from March 25 through April 2 to make your voice heard and give our community playground some much-needed improvements!
