SUMMER CAMP 2025 OVERVIEW

Below is a partial list of local summer camp programs and activities operating for Summer Break 2025 in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and adjacent neighborhoods (email comm@ps20.org for any suggestions or comments)!

NOTE: This list is purely informational and does not indicate endorsement or affiliation. Questions regarding each program should be directed to the respective organization.

• NYC DOE Summer Rising program for 2025:

  • Summer Rising is FREE and open to any NYC student currently in kindergarten through grade 8.

  • The application will open on March 4, and close March 28, 2025. Offers for acceptance will be notified via MySchools in April.

  • Families can apply for Summer Rising online using MySchools, our online directory and application system.

  • For students in Grades K–5: The program will run from July 2 to August 15, 2025, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Bonjour NY (Camps in French, Spanish or Mandarin at 195 State St)

• Brooklyn Explorers / World Explorers Group (36 St. Felix Street)

• BASIS Independent Brooklyn Day Camp (405 Gold Street + 556 Columbia Street)

• Brooklyn LIU Children’s Academy (1 University Plaza at Willoughby St & Ashland Place)

• Brooklyn Music School (126 St. Felix Street)

• Brooklyn Youth Tennis Association

• Camp Fort Greene (based out of Bishop Loughlin Memorial HS at 357 Clermont Ave)

• Chelsea Piers Field House Brooklyn (601 Dean Street)
